Our approach always starts with identifying the Problem, the challenge or the issue our clients are facing. This could be for example that they have too few leads, the leads they do get are poor quality or perhaps their existing customer potential is not being maximised. 

Once this is understood we are able to embark on  the Insight phase which is all about understanding the target customer and what will work for this group. 

The Solution phase is all about action - deploying the strategy that has been agreed in the Insight phase and executing on that strategy. 

Finally Results matter, understanding how successful the campaign and activity was, what worked and what didn't is crucial to optimise the process and continually improve.
